1. The chart and graphs help explain the political cartoon because the first estate like the hat in on the top. The second estate is at the middle and the third estate like the man on the floor is at the bottom. The graphs show that the first and second estates do not have as much population as the third estate and don't pay much taxes.
2. The First and Second estates might be opposed to change because they don't want to pay as much taxes as the third estate does and they want to control, be at the top of the government not like the third estate.

Poor people in America today use dirty clothes, ripped shoes, they have no money so they go around asking for money and try to find a place to sleep. When Rich people in America today use expensive clothes, have big houses, they are successful in life, you could really tell the difference between poor and rich today.
